Well it arrived today and unfortunately it was also damaged. This was my first order directly from Weta. Anyone have any insight on their process for this? I did email them with photos already. It was a jacket strap on the back and a chip on the black part of the base. Same UPS driver as Superman.

I hate breaks as much as anyone but the strap looks repairable and a little gloss black paint should cover up that spot on the base. Weta should still give you some type of credit though if you decide to keep it.
