Bear in mind this might be for the Chinese/Asian market only. In fact, it looks like Infinity Studio might be involved, too.

I cant imagine Blizzard would license something for the Chinese market only, its leaving money on the table. Unless this is unlicensed.

Upon closer look, it has the blizzard logo stamped in, so it seems licensed.

Thanks Shoo for making this. Hopefully we will be able to find out more about this and have the opportunity to purchase it. Here are some photos between this new replica and what I believe to be the Epic Weapons version.
