Dr.Manhattan vs.....anyone?
Honestly....can this guy really be beat?
He wouldnt even have to get up from the chair he is sitting in. He could just vaporize you where you stand...its not even a fight!
I dont think theirs anyone who could take this guy on and win. Besides Hulk of course

Hmmm... Dr. Manhattan vs the Hulk. This dude uses science like magic. Hulk has gnerally been vulnerable to science/magic. He could turn the Hulk into an apple if he wanted to and then teleport him to Pluto.
