I see the resemblance! I remember the trailer for that movie but never got around to watching it.

In the last one with the Thing, Spider-Man's pose came from the 25th Anniversary cover on Amazing Spider-Man 282.

It's an entertaining enough movie. Above average.

I'm thinking about getting the black suit Spidey mini bust from Bowen. BZ, is that a good one?

If that's the one by KBros, I have the red/blue version but I don't have the black. The black one has a fist instead of shooting the web. It's one of my favorite busts though, an excellent representation of Spider-Man. The arm positions make for a dynamic pose which sets it apart from most busts.

Yeah and the black suit version is a reasonable price right now on ebay considering what a lot of other busts are going for. Figure I better snag one while the price is right.

I don't think you will be disappointed. I believe the only other Bowen black suit bust is in the three-pack. Sometimes you can find someone selling it separately, but even then, it's "just" an arm-less bust.

It's nice...I recommend it. Definitely more cost friendly than the FS.

Always appreciated, Philintheblank!

What If? would be interesting. I'll have to think about what that could entail. I'd take an suggestions too.

Philintheblank is my father's name...you can call me Phil. James Phil. ...I'll show myself out.

Yeah, if you're doing old covers you'd have to find those that are doable, obviously. Here's one that I think is workable. I think coming up with ideas that weren't actually covers might be even more fun.
