#3, I reported batmania2005 on the other auction as well. Ebay's response, "We are concerned about violations on the site and have thoroughly investigated your report. In accordance with our site policies, we have found that there is not enough evidence to show that a violation has
taken place."  What a crock!
I reported him again on this auction as well. I'll see if I get the same response.

I see that batmania2005 is no longer registered; probably due to him being reported by all of us for bidding/retracting his bids. But now bidder, batmaniac2005 is doing the same thing. Isn’t this probably the same a$$ clown?
