I would also like to see some of the other covers that they plan on doing. I already pre-ordered the first one.

Hmm. Didn't realize they were all Superman. Since they are...I'm not sure I like the selection.

The flag cover is okay but, IMO, not as good as the Superman #14 statue, which makes this one unnecessary.

I like Gil Kane as much as the next guy but his cover isn't an iconic Supes pose or anything. I think I'll pass.

As for the Ross cover, maybe I'm just getting tired of him. I'll see how this one comes out. I'm thinking this would look better as a bust and has been done before.

I know it isn't original or anything but I'd prefer:

There is a "Superman-Busting-Chains" statue!
Check out the thumbnails below.
One shows my Supes Display and the other is a close-up of the statue.

I'm not sure of the producer but if you are interested, PM me and I will check the box.

No prob, thanks for the scans.

Only now i am a little put off, because there could have been better selections i think.

#1 i like, but personally i would have loved to see the original first appreance of supes, with car.

And man, when you said the cover to mythology, i was soooooo hoping it would be this picture:

That would be the ultimate. Also, personally, i would go for this one:

So, i guess i have to wait and see the statues in real person to decide which one i'm gonna get. Very good idea, bad choices i am afraid.

I'd love to see 'em make a statue of Superman holding the car.

I actually have that statue and, while I love it, I wouldn't mind seeing one based more on Neal Adam's 1970's illustration.

Is the one on the right from the Masterpiece book/statue set?
