Those who read the older MU stories will remember, before there was a Thanos there was Dormammu. He imo has always been so under used. He should've had a bigger role in MU major happenings.

Are we talking about the last incarnation of Dr. Fate the guy who was homeless? If so, Dr. Strange without contest.
If Kent Hall from the 80's then this would be a close call, but in the end Dr. Strange as other posts have shown Strange has battled bigger and more world threats overall. So, yes experience does play a roll.
