Applied around only one mandible it does look strange.

They definitely aren't, when I first saw them on fb it was posted somewhere and it said in-hand but was skeptical which is why I said supposedly. However P1 has posted the pics on their group and it says production shots, so they are pictures from p1 of what they say is a production piece (seems likely).

Every City Hunter statue has translucent tusks, when I've always thought they looked white like bone in the film.

Translucent in translucent resin but so thick and colored that they aren't see through at all. They were different in the film but I think they do it to give it a distinct feel of teeth as opposed to exactly the same texture and look as the rest of the skin. Personally I'm fine with it.

No, but the paint app on my bust is sloppier than more recent ones I've seen, certainly more than the pictures Prime 1 posted.

It looks really good, but the only thing on the DX that I would really want is the cat hiss head, but I wouldn't spend the extra $800 just for that if I were to get one of these.

I don't think the busts are delayed, they all are out it seems.
