What Villain Could Do The Most Damage In The Other Universe?
Which Villain could jump to the other side (From Marvel to DC or DC to Marvel) and hurt the most people?
If he/she wasn't really known in the opposing comic U, could a villain do more damage?
Could Galactus have an easier time in the DCU? Could Joker rack up a higher body-count in New York in the MU?
Could Dr. Doom Kill Aquaman? etc...
Which Marvel baddie could take out the DCU?
Which DC heavy could make the MU bleed more?

I'd love to see Joker turn up in NY expecting the same easy treatment that Batman keeps handing him only to have Punisher turn round within 5 minutes and put a bullet in his head!
