The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

What a horrible experience, I bought a statue that was "in stock" but in the order was "waiting for inventory" .... ok, after a month of waiting, and sending 10 emails to customer service without receiving a response, I should have canceled the order (two weeks ago)
Asking for my money back began another torture, no answers, until yesterday I warned them that I will have to report them for credit card fraud .... and they magically send me an email saying that they are making the refund! but... just that, no refund yet

What a terrible store to buy, the worst experience in years! is this usual with this store or I just get unlucky?
I don't think they are a large business. I've returned things to them before. Had to use my own label. Got my refund. I don't recall how long it took, but businesses usually say up to something like 10 business days. I'd wait a couple weeks, then just call your CC company and let them know, if nothing happens. I don't think your CC company will classify that as fraud, per se... more like just bad business practices.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

mine arrived too a week ago, everything was great except for her knee, which was scratched, scratch part also had some black paint on it. she also had some black spot under her arm and leg. some one said just clean it off with alcohol. not sure if it is safe for the paint.

With replacements still available, I would open a ticket with CS and ask them what you should try first.
