Given the big bulky dimensions of the Mark I suit, this is a perfect 1/3 scale. The most expensive to date, too

Maybe they could study (see) the movie before sending it to the 3D printer.

This is what I call an origin piece…..the suit that started it all.

I have the Sideshow Mark 1 Maquette from around 2008. I don’t own many smaller statues (collect mostly 1:1 stuff) but it’s always been my favorite. I think that one is 1:4 scale?

I thought this 1:2 scale would have to be around 40” tall! If it was that big I’d pay the high price.

It should be bigger at half scale that's for sure

Your maquette is a great piece, keep hold of that one

I’m surprise this piece is not getting more attention……In my opinion it’s a great looking piece…. Regardless of price and size but the detail is amazing.

You're right-it is a great looking piece....but the scale is completely inaccurate for 1:2. I don't speak for anyone other than myself, but I've lost all interest in this piece until they announce that they are correcting the scaling issue. Also, the manner in which they rolled this out for pre-order was pretty terrible (no announcements of it on their social media, no official dimensions, etc.)

Yeah agreed…in many ways this is my favorite armor…it has all the crazy cool details, it has a ton of character, it’s big and bulky and kinda goofy AND it’s the armor that started it all!

IF they’re going to do it in 1:2 why not do it right? Be true to the scale!

A RDJ Headsculpt would seal the deal…..Hopefully queen studio can learn from prime one …..a headsculpt can make all the difference.

Agreed. As long as that head sculpt is 1:2 to fit AN ACTUAL 1:2 statue!…
