Philintheblank is 100% correct. Randy has stated several times that his most of his statues are 1/7th scale, with some smaller than that (1/8th, 1/9th), but for some reason people say that they're 1/6th scale, which is
**incorrect**. Bowen statues are said to be in "Bowen scale" because they have their own, odd scale (1/7th) that few companies use.
If Bowen's statues were 1/6th scale then his (male) statues would be over 12" tall without the base. A few examples: his Captain America and Silver Surfer statues measure just under 11" tall, whereas if they were 1/6th scale then it would have to be 12.5" tall (6'3" in 1/6th scale). His Cyclops and Iron man statues are 10.5" tall, which are way too small to be 1/6th scale.
If you were to place a
true 1/6th scale statue (e.g., Tweeterhead's 1/6th scale statues) next to Bowen's statues, then you'd see a big difference in size. Bowen's statues are not 1/6th scale.
Bowen's Spiderman statue, where Spiderman is getting ready to jump from the top of a building, is probably 1/9th scale. That Spiderman statue is only 8"-9" tall standing upright.
Philintheblank is also correct about the mini-busts - they're smaller in scale than the statues, and are mostly around 1/8th scale.

If you're still not convinced about scale of Bowen's statue, then the link below has scale conversion calculator, which allows you to calculate the scale yourself:
