I know we all have different tastes and art is in the eye of the beholder, but I can't see anything atrocious about Evil Lyn (same for She-Ra). Yes, the piece is a departure from previous incarnations... so if that's what you were looking for, I get the disappointment. But disappointment is greatly different from atrocious.
But again, different strokes for different folks. I love the piece and it's the best Lyn has ever looked in any show, comic, toy, etc. If it wasn't for this piece being my gateway, I probably wouldn't be collecting this line today.
As for the second Lyn, it was a smart business move considering some like Lyn in more realistic tones and some want her in vintage toy colors. An easy repaint, plus they were able to engineer her base connection to avoid the slight lean in the first version.

Ok fair enough! fighting over this is silly, but I'm still a 10 year old kid in a 40 year old body, I admit it

The new show might as well be called Teela & Masters of the Universe as apparently He-man only appears in the first episode, the rest of the series Teela is the main character of the show.

Got a full link to that article to read? I'm doubtful of this since it doesn't say anywhere in the text at the preview that He-Man is only in just the first episode. The synopsis is pretty much what we already knew and have been discussing.
I can't imagine that all of the scenes we saw in the trailer are just episode 1.

As Teela is my favorite character, I'm excited for this. This explains why I've seen bulked up photos of Teela, but the trailer only showed original Teela. She has bulked up because of circumstance.

Why are they holding back? Why can't Teela surpass He-Man in muscular bulk?

Good news for Teela fans if true, but means the writing is just going to have to be that much better.
