I guess I got lucky. I haven't tried to chargeback very often or anything....maybe only twice in the 20 years of having a CC, but Wells Fargo sided with me very quickly and gave the alternate party plenty of time to rectify the situation.

Yea, they gave him like 2 months to respond and he waited till the last minute to even reply. I also tried contacting him directly again and of course nothing...

You may be able to ask for supporting documentation for why it was denied and maybe file a complaint with the CFPB if needed.

Those are the ones that go quickly. The more claims you have the more suspect you become to the company.

CC company sent me pages of stuff that he submitted to them, but his "proof" of delivery was just a google map of my address and the word "delivered".

More sketchy stuff from Open Vault, this time on Ebay. They're selling a PO of a new Regal Robot prop replica Wampa that retails for $3k, but at 20% off

The guy belongs in jail. Report his ebay listings. I flagged it to ebay as a fraudulent listing with a description of this sellers history. 14 BBB complaints with this guy.

Even if the guy was legit, which obviously he isn't, you can't list preorders over 40 days on eBay anyway.
