You were actually correct. The flat rate offer ends at 11:59pm on the 29th.

Seems the issue is conflicting marketing information by Spec. Their website states that the $100 flat rate for shipping is for orders placed BEFORE February 29. However, elsewhere they indicated that the 29th is the deadline. Anyway, I am in for the black version. Now the wait is for Wonder Woman, my most anticipated piece from LBS.
