That is good news for me. I would love to see pics of one in hand.

Shedman got his Frazetta tribute bust kit and painted it faux bronze. I really like how he did it. I wasn't going to pick this up but maybe now I will and have him paint it. The more I look at his the more I like it.

Good price but a pass for me. Looks too obviously like a childs toy for me. No offense to anyone intended.

Saw Shedman's tribute bust in person last weekend, and was totally blown away by it. Went ahead and ordered one for myself and had it sent to him to paint the same way. I don't have room for it but I will have one.

Anybody knows how is the quality of the Conan in canvas and death dealer prints sold by frazettagirls or frazettamuseum?

I’m tempted to buy some for my entertainment room.

I did buy a print from them when they had a big sale. It looks pretty good. It was already framed so I don't have a good picture of just the print.

"Heritage reports this year’s biggest sale as Frank Frazetta’s original oil painting Death Dealer 6 (1990), published as the cover to Death Dealer #2 from Verotik in 1996. The canvas brought $1,792,500 at Heritage’s May auction, nearly tripling the highest price paid for a piece of U.S.-published comic book artwork. It should be noted, however, that Frazetta, who died in 2012, is something of a special case. Although he started out as a comic book artist, he is best known for his book covers, album covers, posters and other works usually depicting dark and/or sexy sword and sorcery themes that define a specific pop culture aesthetic. He also frequently worked in oil paint, a medium with long-standing appeal to art collectors. Prices for his work have been in the high six or low seven figures for some time, and this sale, while impressive in exceeding the pre-auction estimate by 3x, is typical of the trend in prices for this artist."

Got my Frazetta Tribute bust from Blackheart and I absolutely love it. Mine was painted by Shedman here at the forum. I really wish the camera would pick up some of the cool subtle stuff he did like silver on the silver warrior and greens and reds in some of the other elements of the bust. He also bought a lazy Susan for me to display it on which is cool because the piece has a lot of busy stuff on the front, sides and back that should really be seen.

I bought a Silver Warrior print from the Frazetta girls because the colors in the one I bought from Ellie 35 years ago were kind of dull. the new one was much more vibrant but it wasn't one of the canvas ones, just one of those $50 prints. I have never seen any of the new canvas prints in person so I can't say. I did see some of the "Master Series" prints at the museum when I was there and they are amazing and to me almost indistinguishable from the paintings, but they are like $800 ea or something like that.

If you get a canvas print let me know what you think.
