Harley Quinn - The Suicide Squad PF by Sideshow Collectibles

Harley arrived today..
Over all i am very happy

Black and Red paint on the outfit looks great!
Teeth look well painted (better than the recent SSC Power Girl teeth)
Boot's look very well painted..

Eye's look ok. Her right eye does look very much to the right. From some angles it looks fine. From other angle it looks questionable.

The Live Fast Die Clown decal on the rear of the jacket is just that, a decal. I guess there was no other way of doing it. It works.

Hair color works well. The hair graining is something i thought Sideshow had moved on from. Quite why it is still happening in 2023 remains a mystery?

The paint app on the skin tone looks a little on the pink side. I wish the skin tone looked more white, less pink.

The hair plaits paint app where they go from solid black/red to blond looks weak, possibly rushed. The red side looks very poor.

The base is what it is.. i'm still not quite sure what to make of it?

The Margot Robbie likeness looks good. When it comes to statues and likenesses,
this just might be the best when it comes to Margot Robbie.
I wonder if SSC had access to 3D data from the movie, assuming there was 3D data available from the movie?

Yeah I'm not sure about the eyes, sideshow just can't get them pointed in the right direction. Aside from that I think she looks good

I have seen worse (eyes) from Sideshow. I cannot work out way Sideshow has as many eye issue's as it does, compared to other companies?

If you were to paint the base a single color, what might it be?

Stone color would have been my choice too. Graffiti is a great idea

I am not that good sadly. I was thinking along the lines of a single color? black for example.

A great cement color with black speckle dirt for an urban vibe might more well.
It is some i could possibly achieve using spray paint and regular paint (..as i do not own an airbrush).
The other option would be to sent it to a paint who might be interested. Some red, yellow, blue graffiti on the grey would look good.
I'll have to think on it.

Another idea would be to keep the base in the box and make a new base. A basic urban floor style effort, taking some reference from the movie
