Well, my Kong just arrived today. 338/4000. This baby is HUGE. Pics just dont do this justice.

Grats on the new addition, have contemplated getting it myself quite a few times but the insane s/h costs to Europe seem to kill every single deal out there when it comes to this statue and i do not want it badly enough to pay retail.

When I first looked at that piece it attracted me also the price reduction made it stand out. Maybe the photo was too small at those stores. After seeing ComputerFly's and Occulum's photos -- what a fantastic piece! Thanks guys. $149 at t of but i'm pretty sure saw it at a lot less somewhere else. Great idea to change the lady!! Even with her the rest is so great who notices? The period pieces of that movie drew me into it just as the sp effects did. Maybe in person the lady in the hand appears less stiff. On the other hand maybe she is scared stiff. She sure looks it.
