That looks like a Sideshow repackage job. They didn't add any extra protection like the original PCS packaging provides. That was probably just enough to cause the damage in transit as UPS is really tough on packages.

No, they all ship from Sideshow anyway. They contract with PCS to handle that end of the business. My Vampi ordered through Secret Compass still came via Sideshow.

i remember ordering an HMO statur from SpecF and it got dropped ship from HMO by DHL...so yes looks like they contract with the source
