Edit: Pretty sure the answer is "No". I've opened a support ticket with Sideshow.

Probably these bones on the base that are supposed to appear loose, but I'm sure are supposed to be attached.

Yes, I eventually figured that out. Mine has none of those bones and I'm now starting to find other bone pieces elsewhere in the packaging.
Sideshow was quick to reply and offer a replacement base with my statue's edition number. But first I have to send them a photo of my base with the edition number scratched out with a key. Ouch, that's going to be painful to do.

Mine arrived today and I also had one of these broken off. Fortunately I was able to glue it back on and even I can't tell where the breakage was, probably due to the surface being a little rough. So yeah, packaging could be better. Besides that though, mine was pristine.
