I think he’s part of the LOC line so he’ll go better with the 12 inch Optimus up for preorder. Craig or Kelpie would probably know more.

It might be because the 12 inch hasn't been released yet or they already have big Optimus and the 12 inch wasn't necessary.

We're still waiting on Ultra Magnus and Rodimus. I thought I'd have those in hand way before Optimus and Starscream.
