I just checked out the video.
Love the looks of this, but I've never read anything with this character. It looks so good though, that I'm now tempted to pick up some collections and check it out.
Love the colors, love the dog, love how much the little splash of green from the plant adds to it- what a great little statue!

The Phantom never really made it big in the US, but he's still huge in many European countries and Australia for example.
My local news paper is still publishing daily Phantom strips (and has been for decades) which is amazing.

From what I understand Falk wrote it for 60-something years until his death, just a couple years after the Zane film.
I've been a fan and reader of classic comic strips since the 80's, but I've never delved into Phantom (or Mandrake, for that matter). Partly because there have been no definitive collections of it here. Hermes is reprinting some stuff, but they're an operation that usually leaves a lot to be desired.
I'm so taken with the looks of this statue, I may just pick it up anyway, and trust I'll find something to enjoy in the property if I ever do read it.

Tex looks great.
A collected edition from a Kickstarter campaign just arrived a month or so back.
I believe their Zagor one is struggling to reach the goal with just days left, if it hasn't ended already.

Thanks for the video, Shoo.
Both look great in the video. They really did a great job with the sculpt on these two. So well done!
