I've looked at sideshows website and all of their stuff is always sold out, even stuff they just launched. so I dont understand how you get these peices.

The key is to wait an hour before the newsletter gets released and keep on refreshing the page until it pops up on the website. While waiting you can use your time making fat jokes about the sculpture.
Kidding aside basically you always have to be on the look out for statues like these by registering as a SS newsletter member. On Thursday night SS usually would post the newsletter for new releases like the thor PF format statue. If you are already a newsletter member you can usually order right away. Doom was released a long time ago and I think you can still get him based on what you are willing to pay for it. A lot of times if you miss out you end up paying more on ebay. Even if you miss out sometimes it won't hurt to put your name on the waitlist. I got my doom exclusive through the waitlist.

Thanks for the tips guys on the newsletter and waitlisting.
And yes, I got very lucky marrying a very cool wife. Loves statues and is a model for comics illustrators.

btw, new releases are previewed a week ahead so if you see a preview of a character you like, chances are it will be up for pre-order the next week

Hi guys, i'm new to collecting too and i'm hunting like crazy for this piece at a reasonable price. As i live in asia it's really difficult to get statues off the secondary market. If anyone here is selling one, do let me know. Thanks!!

I'm thinking of selling mine, but then I see how much people want one and I reconsider.
