Prime 1 Studio: Jurassic Park - Rotunda T-Rex

Hey guys, hope I’m not breaking any rules by posting this video here. A video from YouTube. But the Jurassic park / world stuff specifically the Rotunda Rex and Mosasaurus part of the vid sold me! Love the Rex, but they need to tweak the size of the raptors and replace that tacky Jurassic gate logo then it would be perfect. Make the raptors removable for sure. I haven’t been this excited about Dinosaurs since SS Dinosauria and some of CC Jurassic stuff but this Prime 1 Jurassic line is just incredible! I’m definitely watching Rexy and Mosasaurus. Waiting for the pre order button.

So to recap.
1. Remove raptor but we don’t want holes showing in Trex
2. Change out name display to the simple classic logo version
3. Make Trex eyes yellow

If you're passing on other suggestions I'll throw my .02 cents in with my suggestions:

1. Have the Raptor and banner removable, possibly utilizing magnets.

2. Remove the section of the gates and use the simple silver nameplate that has been used for the other Jurassic statues.

3. The base is a little to busy- remove a few bones and debris.

4. The wounds on Rexy's right side shouldn't be there. Those happen when she rolls the Raptor onto that side just before grabbing it in her jaws.

5. Rexy's eyes need to be yellow.

Awesome video showing everything in great detail (thanks for the IG photos a few pages back as well).

I would say the Tyrannosaurus w/goat is my most wanted item seen there but I already have it ordered () so I'd say it would have to be that Spino. The Mosa is a close second.

Prime 1 vs CC

I can appreciate the more simplified look of the CC version, I also prefer the paint although it remains to be seen how production pieces will look. But for me, the Prime 1 wins over all, it's so impressive. Not sure I'd want the Raptor attached via a magnet however as some of you are suggesting, I'm not even sure that would be possible. You guys may have to just accept that the Raptors are a part of this one. Unless P1 can add some kind of plug to fill in the T-rex where the raptor would have been without leaving seam lines that are too bad. I'd rather the banner was removable, but I imagine it will be.

I agree. The only thing I would like to see be removable is the banner. I can see why they included it but I find it too distracting.
