Yes, it looks like you could remove Hope with the recent pics. She could be a switchout with magnet features in it for ease of switching around.

Me too. That looks like a different arm. And instead of just Hope being removed, I bet the entire arm - including Hope - swaps out. It’s easy to have the seam at the shoulder. Also an entire arm change prevents scratching and paint rubs.

Is it possibly a switch out entire torso? Because there’s also the cape/poncho in the render with Hope but not in the other pics.

XM is preparing a bunch of DC pieces to be release for PO during DC FanDome next weekend.. I supposed we'll only get new reveals and releases of Marvel pieces, like Cable, after the week of DC FanDome... Relax.. it'll be up for PO by this year, I'm pretty sure. At least you don't need to wait till 2022.
