Maybe consider recasting it in clear resin...it's actually pretty easy to make a silicone mold and do a drop pour of clear resin. All kinds of videos on YT on doing it. They make the molds using foam board.

I didn't think of real clear resin.
I thought of applying the colors so that it looks like her skin is showing through where the cloth touches the skin. Arm, breast, shoulder, ... .

I found a purple (Vallejo Model Color 70.959) that goes with Catwoman's bike and gives the mask a few accents. Originally I wanted to paint the red / white mask from the render, but the colors don't fit into the picture. Then I decided on the purple one. Now the mask has the three colors of the bike.
I made the head of the cat on the collar gold (Citadel Base Retributor Armour) with metallic green eyes. The metallic green (Army Painter Glitter Green) is really shiny
