They didn't mention that specifically, but I'm pretty sure they're still doing a 1:4 Batman. They never said he'd be on the batpod, though, that was just the film still they used to announce it some time ago. We'll see!

Man, he didn't miss leg day.
Also, this joins the recent SSC Silver Surfer and the SSC Batman Begins as statues with the legs being in that weird "let's have the thighs touching" pose.
