that is the current costume that Batgirl is wearing now. I do think that it is a great update of her 2nd costume (the first being the black and blue and the 2nd being the gray and blue version). I am even beginning to like the mask as well (that was the only thing I was not too keen on at first). I forget who redesigned the costume but it does look fantastic.
