I bought it for my wife from Teague assembled and painted. I'm not sure who sculpted it. It was a kit from what I know.

I always loved this piece. I think it was a group commission, very limited. I remember Dizneeguy (banned) posting pics of all the ones he painted. This was about 2 years ago.
