The price formula I mentioned was one given to me quite some time ago its not writen in stone .I am not crazy I do negotiate .I say it all depends on who the client is .Look at his or her background are they heavy producers ?do they put out more than 1 or 2 kits a year ?or are they just another collector who saves up for that one special thing to add the the collection .Im not saying Im writing a bible so I dont see why anyone would get upset if I come on here and mention a price .if im happy with my prices isnt that ok?

Your prices sound fine to me you sculptors are a real talent and if you want to charge $500 an inch it`s well within your rights to do so.
Without you guys there would be no hobby.

Very true some sculptor are better than other and should charge more. Some also follow deadlines better than others and keep you in the loop better also.

IMO, rates are the equivalent of salaries ... and salaries should be kept between the 2 parties involved.

That being said, if you want to announce your rates, by all means, go for it.
