Does P1 Respond To Your Messages?
Hi, folks.I just want to ask, for those who have contacted Prime 1 Studios, do they respond to your messages, or do you never hear from them? [i ask, because i used to get a response from them quite regularly when i would email them to ask them various questions, but over the last couple of months, anytime i send them an email, i never hear back from them.I've always been very polite and respectful when contacting them, but for some reason, they just stopped answering my emails, and i was wondering if anybody here has had the same experience.

On the few occasions i have contacted Prime 1 Studio, they have replied.

They emailed me back when I had a question on changing adress on an open order. So yes and helped me well.

In the past, pretty often, but they were always happy to reply to my messages, just not sure why they don't respond nowadays......
