Wasn't WandaVision initially 6 episodes, but they expanded to 8? Or perhaps this show will be an average of 45 mins instead of about 22?

If you're an X-Men or Scarlet Witch fan - just make it through. If you've read M Day, it is very much working in that vein and I can't wait to see how the season ends. I'm holding off on watching Episode 7 until next week when I can just jump right into the finale. I'm giddy watching this series because I feel I am ThisClose to getting to hear the word "mutant" and/or see a heavy hitter

What's been a lot of fun about WandaVision is my friends and brother who knew Scarlet Witch was cool, but didn't ever know HOW cool. Or how powerful she is.

There are 9 episodes of Wandavision but yes I do believe it was 6 at first and I read the last 2 are hour long episodes.

Just finished Episode 1. Very slow for the most part. A lot of "what have they been up to" after Endgame. Ended very well and the setup is coming together. No mid or end credit scenes.

Looking forward to Episode 2.

I think this show will be the equivalent of a 3+ hour movie you pause every 30 or so minutes as we go. Hard to gauge much as we need developments and pay off.

That said, I enjoyed it. Leads did well, and production for a television show still blows me away. Definitely be watching the rest of it (especially to see Helmut in his purple glory!)

All I could think after this was...

Spoiler
Poor Sam and Poor Bucky, they really don't give either of them a lot of hope in the first episode. The ending is such a kick in the gut for Sam.

Love it. Love me Bucky and Sam.

If this is the case, I will be perfectly content since Wintet Soldier was my favorite of all the MCU films. I will happily stream all the episodes back to back to make it play like a mini film

Definitely a setup episode but the action early on was impressive. Can't wait for the Agent 13 appearance.
