Have you tried contacting Sugo or JND? Even though it's sold out, I'm sure they could correct most of the issues you found. It may not bother you now, but if you ever decided to sell it, those issues could hurt it's resale value.

No, I haven’t contacted them.
And with regards to resale, I’m not that concerned, as I’ve never sold a single item from my collection in 10 years of collecting. And yet I still waste space by keeping all the boxes, so maybe I do care somewhat…...
Regarding my issues, the silicone issues could’ve happened during transit, as well as that paint rub damage. And the glue problem is what it is, just a lack of glue or use of weak glue.
And about my laundry list, I’ve got a feeling that if I got my hands on anyone else’s, I wouldn’t be surprised if I found some issues on theirs too.
