Gotta agree with you here Pablo. Bruckner completely nailed this piece, and the characters. If he wasn't such a nice guy and close friend, I'd probably put a hit on him.

My jaw dislocated the first time I saw that statue.

The Flash of Two Worlds is easily one of my top ten pieces. I love this one.

SCULPTED BY TIM BRUCKNER BASED ON ARTWORK BY CARMINE INFANTINO AND MURPHY ANDERSON The classic cover of THE FLASH (1st series) #123 — the issue that introduced the concept of parallel worlds to the DC Universe — is reproduced in a stunning three-dimensional statue! The legendary image of a man in need of rescue and finding not one, but two Flashes racing to his side is duplicated in hand-painted, cold-cast porcelain (statue standing 11" h, base measuring 8" x 11.75"). Each statue features a removable insert card featuring the scene background and a logo, and comes packaged with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Not off the top of my head BTW.

a couple of covers come to mind, but memory can enhance and distort...

Yep, I was thinking about an l.e.d. as well. At your age? I dunno, I just cracked the big four-oh. Anyhoo, I'd like to see what you come up with, Pablo. Thanks...

I'll scan some covers that I think capture GL...

In fact, I just flashed on a pin-up that Gil Kane drew...

You got me going now...
