Yes, Facebook. What did you think? I love the tea and the engage switch out options. I'm thinking the tea will be the exclusive.

Looks like both arms switch out. Looking forward to the full reveal, but to be honest, the price will probably scare me away.

Still waiting to see the production pieces. For the price, it needs to be perfect.

I was waiting to see on Spock as well but with the EX only being 150 I got worried and I didn't want to miss out on the Vulcan salute. To me this is an EX or bust.

Maybe if the demand is higher for Picard and the edition size is higher they will lower the price point a bit?

As an aside, I kind of hate the base on these. I don't mind simple at all but the large nameplates, even though they are in the fonts of the era, are dumb. I wish they had done something more elegant like on the 1/4 HCG Spock and Kirk. Who needs to be reminded this is Spock? How many Darth Vader statues have a giant Darth Vader nameplate?

The sculpt and paint apps on the face look great to me.
Better than average for a hard media celebrity likeness.

The suit OTOH looks like any old cheap plastic figure from a distance.
Up close you can see there is texture, but it's either too shallow to impact the way light hits the surface when seen a few feet away, or else the paint finish isn't flat enough. Could be a combination of both.

I'm not a huge fan of fabric, but this is one case where I think fabric would have worked better than having it be 100% sculpted.

Ultimately, I can't put too much stock in a review of a comped, cherry-picked sample.
I'll look forward to seeing what actual paying customers think when they get it.

This piece puzzles me. The collectors edition (ES 300) is sold out, but the exclusive (ES 150), at just $6 more, is not sold out. How does that happen?

This piece has been up for preorder for two years and two months. They can't sell 150 exclusives in 26 months?

Maybe people are waiting for see the actual products before comitting? I'm considering their T2 and Batman 1989 stuff but I want to see first if they can deliver.
