How come these have characters on that aren't in Iron Man?

The sketch cards for this set aren't based on the movie. It is probably hard for them to get the actors approvals too. We were given the okay to draw characters based on the comics. Since a lot of Avengers made appearances in the comics we were given the okay to draw them. I'm still not too comfortable drawing men in this style. I really wanted to do War Machine, the Crimson Dynamo, the Mandarin, etc..... Oh, Upper Deck said that we weren't allowed to draw the Sentry, Ultimate Nick Fury, Tony Stark without the armor and Pepper Potts too (for some odd reason). I found out about Pepper Potts too late and mine wasn't approved.
