I don't mind the differences in the top of the mitre on the two portraits.
But I can't stand the detail added around the bottom of the second mask. It is too thick and busy.

His expressions look different.
The original portrait has the closed mouth with frown.
The second looks like a slightly open mouth, no frown.

I don't see anywhere that mentions the second portrait as an "exclusive"
Probably just like Cleopsis, two portraits.

It's unknown if the two masks offered will be just switch out masks or full switch out portraits as it's still going through engineering for that. As of now there is going to be an exclusive version with the shepherd of souls mask being the ex.

They should actually fully do the Dave that way you could take Mask on or off to give more options to collector! Would make this piece killah

The inconsistency is kind of frustrating.
All the other 2-portrait pieces had no exclusives and included both options. Why is this one going to differ from that?

I like the portrait that is showcased in the full statue pic. It matches the body piece on the armor better.

It was just something that was decided within the last several months. Exclusives may exist on many future CotD pieces in the future.

What is going on with the Death piece? Months have come and gone without it going up for preorder (I think the lasts month that was said was August). They then add double rewards points and free shipping on the teaser, but it is never put up for preorder. Now the double points and free shipping are gone and it says "Exclusively on Kickstarter". I'm assuming at some point we will be able to order this piece without paying $1,500 to back the game.
