I pointed out a good firm who explains nrd better. I showed a peer company that says in plain language right there . You can literally buy a item and it never says deposit is nrd as you move to purchase. I just walked through his site.

Claiming You didnt know and pointing out another company's terms of service is NULL when its unearthed this isnt your first dance with NRD.
At this point, you should know by now.
Nobody likes losing NRD, but its there to protect the seller. Can you imagine if everyone decided to PO and constantly cancel whenever they want to? It can sink a business.
I wish you luck and hope your situation improve. But you cant blame Spec for your current predicament.
