I recall seeing Batman Returns in the theaters as a kid during the summer so there is no movie anniversary to tied Nov. 2021. Although I do recall it was odd seeing a winter type movie during summer.
Just curious.

No, I think it’s just going to take a year to get it done.

I would be very impressed if a company could hit a target like that, starting from how ever long ago they started on this piece.
Before Christmas is a nice coincidental date though, both for the movie setting and a present arriving for collectors.

Aaaand ordered the Ex through Sideshow. I know I would miss that darn cat otherwise, even though it's going to cost me dearly as I live abroad.
Not the sculptor I was thinking of, by the way - besides Ironhead Studio, I mean. Looks like Jack Matthews is going to have a bigger presence in my Selina collection:

I think you might be right. I'm going to guess 1500 for the ex and 2500 for the reg...hoping for less.

That high of an ES surprises me a little (especially for a non-MCU piece) only because I always hear collectors say "I don't do movie statues."

The corresponding Poison Ivy was my first statue and still one of my favorites. Always wanted to add the Catwoman and Zatanna, but now I've moved onto other scales.
Snagged the recent shrunk down Black White and Red Hughes classic Harley, looks great with 1/10.

Yeah, I feel Matthews is a rather unsung hero.

I'm thinking the EX is 1500 - tops. Even then I'm thinking 750 would be a large amount
Rogue regular edition is 2000 pieces. No way will an EX of Catwoman beat that. I don't care how beautiful it is.

Previous two comic Catwoman PFs were 6000 and 3750. Keaton Batman also seems to be in a good place for peak nostalgia and this version has always been iconic. And then the data point that they moved a couple hundred pre-orders at least. Sideshow doesn't seem to be of the artificial scarcity mindset (relatively speaking, it's obviously still there to an extent), pump out as many as you can sell.
I don't buy movie statues but I paid for this without hesitation because it's my favorite Batman movie and still has a hold on me.
