Marvel confirmed they are not currently planning on re-printing the Frank Miller companion when asked. They stated they will probably release another Daredevil omnibus but no hints on what content. The Nocenti run would make sense if they are going to do uncollected stuff.
Have you looked at the Bendis oversized hardcovers? I bought the volumes with the material from the first omnibus since it was so expensive. I have the second Bendis and both Brubaker omnibi and they display ok with them.

I have all 6 of the oversized hardcovers, that collects The Smith run, right through Bendis to when Brubaker took over.
I think they skipped a few issues in the Bendis run, and then reprinted what they missed in book 6.
Completely worth it for story...but $400 is crazy.

I have all the oversized HCs as well, and the two Beu omnibuses. Not a fan at all of the Smith/Quesada run but the Bendis and Bru stuff are gold.

This is an awesome book. I'm reading it now. The first Avengers comic book I ever bought was #41 and it's in this volume. The John Buscema Art is a pure delight. I got this off CGN at Keith noted.
