Vallejo Game Color Blending

Hi everyone, im painting a head i sculpted and printed and it's a bit tricky to created blends, im using only Vallejo Game Color brand at the moment and some colors are easy to blend using a brush + water and a cuetip while other dry fast even with water and create a harsh line. Saw in one video that it's best to have the surface wet when attempting to do this to create blends but i thought i would ask to see what are the best options to do this.

Finally understand wet blending, the surface needs to be wet! U can use 2 brushes, one with paint+water, one with just water, the one with water is used to blend the color. U can do the same with just 1 brush but acrylic paints dry very fast & retarder is needed.
