SS Premium Format: Video Games? Would you be interested?
I was wondering if there are any.
I saw some Mortal Kombat statues,
but I'm not sure if it was Sideshow that made them.
If they would make Premium Format statues
based out of video game characters,
who would you like them to make?
Final Fantasy would be one of my top choices,
but I doubt it'd be easy for them to get permission
from Square-Enix to make statues of their characters.
One of my other choices would be the Resident Evil characters!
A Jill Valentine modeled from Emilia Clarke's look would be sweet.
How 'bout you guys?

Unfortunately video games don't really get much merchandise along these lines in general. And when they do it's the mostly forgettable protagonists from AAA games, which are hardly a representation of good games or characters even worth making stuff off of.
Yes I'm looking at you Nathan Drake.

I haven't played Gears of War in a long time but I was always playing multiplayer back when I had it and I loved it.

The final fantasy characters would definitely get a look from me, many an enjoyable hour was spent playing games in that series.

Final Fantasy 7 would sell the **** out of PFs. A quarter scale Cloud or Tifa would fly off shelves. Especially now it's back in the limelight.
I've no idea how square operate with merchandise but they should really branch out and approach companies like Sideshow.

There actually was a 1/4 scale Cloud released back in the day by Square Enix. They had a Sephiroth and Gabranth as well. I can't speak for the Cloud, but I own the Gabranth and it's actually a great statue. It's a shame the line didn't stick.
I wish there was a company in Japan that specialized in 1/4 scale stuff. It's just not a scale popular with Japanese buyers, in part I imagine because it's just way too big.
