I wonder if this one?s actually happening and if so, will it get now a PO boost as off the CoolProp?s Warrior cancellation is out? Still would like to see that Warrior with a slimed down base. CoolProps at least tried to please the fans request there.

Why would it be cancelled? A lot of people pre-ordered this statue and Prime1Studio loves themselves some Aliens

I believe what he's saying is, there's a good chance the Prime 1 Warrior will get to collectors, since if it was going to be cancelled, it would have by now, as it's been 18 months since PO.

I love that piece but I think P1 made a mistake of making the base too big... As far as I can tell, that put off a lot of collectors especially those like myself that are dealing with space issues

I agree - the base goes beyond the annoying "will it fit in a besta" question, beyond the "will it fit on any commercial shelving or panel options" and into the "I need to spend thousands of dollars custom built shelving to display it".... and it's just unnecessary and ----ing dumb.

Not to mention it will undoubtedly result in higher production and shipping costs, which will be harder to justify when so many collectors passed on it.

This statue getting cancelled wouldn't surprise me in the least.

Exactly - the base adds another entire box for double shipping when if it was designed to be economical it could easily go back to a single box. Plus we have to store them!

Yeah, this was an easy pass for me due to the unnecessarily huge base and a pose that I don't love.

I don't think this will be cancelled, but like many of their other Aliens & Predators, I do suspect it will have a much smaller ES than they would have wanted. Might even be worth altering that base still depending how far along production is.
