Left ARH a message yesterday. How long should I wait before calling back? I was thinking 24 hours should be good.

Thats my time frame. I usually email in the morning, then follow with a call in the afternoon.

I called back and got Melissa this time. I'm glad I did. From the sound of it they were not going to ship my DDI NYCC until they heard from me. Her comment was; yes I see you are paid in full. I'll add you to the list of items to be shipped out. Really? It shouldn't take the customer to let you know that I paid in full 2 years ago and that maybe you should send them there statue.
Enough rant. Glad Melissa is there now. She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I guess they really art dealing with Greek Gods anymore!
I feel for you, but can't really relate. The last one of my three ordered should arrive today. Hopefully it will be in good order.

Another week and still nothing
-Alexander's horse stuck at border customs for a week now!
-Leonidas,achilles,Atlantis,Poseidon still at ARH and no idea if shipped yet
-Barbarian solo (label created by secret compass) but still nothing now for 3 weeks since paid.
Patience is running out!!!
