I think this is a must have piece for every Batman fan. Great version of Mr. Freeze. The dome is also very good on this piece. If you can installing a blue LED light strip around the base and indirect lightning... this will look outstanding

Congratulations on the Mr. Freeze PF, Ukshaun. (: It is a very good piece. I passed on this because i missed the exclusive, i really wanted that nora companion piece. :/ I also passed on Scarecrow and Robin, because i missed the exclusive on them as well. I have very limited space, ex or nothing is my motto now. xD HA HA

NECA Toony Terrors - An American Werewolf in London, Jack & Kessler Wolf 6" Figures 2 Pack

These arrived a couple of days ago
6inch not 1/6th scale, but i knew that.

How could i not pick these up
Not much in the way of articulation, making them feel like some sort of PVC crossover between figure and statue, not that i am complaining.

Check out the back of the window box. A scene depicting the exterior of The Slaughtered Lamb, a pub (bar) that features during An American Werewolf in London (1981)

Given the relatively low price point, these figures are totally worth it.

NECA recently offered a larger more series take on the Kessler Wolf. There is something about the Toony Terrors figure that looks more screen accurate.
It might have something to do with the legs.

As far as i am aware, NECA is the only company currently showing any interest in my favourite Werewolf movie. NECA figures sell out fast!

Q. Why isn't PCS doing more with their An American Werewolf in London license? (assuming PCS still has a license?)

Kaustic Plastik were at San Diego Comic Con 2022, and they had on display some great looking horror related statues. Maybe Kaustic Plastik will offer something in the future with regards to An American Werewolf in London

About 5 years ago, PCS did show some An American Werewolf in London 1/6th scale figures of David, Jack and the Kessler Wolf. Whatever happened to those?
The Kessler Wolf looked rather good!
David and Jack were shown in 2 forms, fully sculpted and mixed media. Admittedly the portraits of both David and Jack could use an upgrade.

Given the size price, NECA know their market.
The eye's are well painted. Sharp lines.
I am tempted to had some gloss to the teeth.

I have to agree, Mr Freeze looks excellent!
He reminds me of REM's Michael Stipe

I have a thing for An American Werewolf in London
It is one of those movies i watch alteast 2 times per year.
It never ages. The gore is what it is.
The humour never grows old. Then there the selection of Moon related songs, which sound timeless.

NOTE: The art print pictured is not the art print that ships with the statue.
The art print pictured is an art print from Sideshow Collectibles released in 2022

NOTE: The portrait is not sitting fully down. My bad! - Doh!

Sideshow Collectibles - Vampirella (2011) PF (..with art print)(..with Ex portrait)

After nearly 1 month in transit, Vampirella arrived, today in fact, and I absolutely think that the piece looks great!
I have wanted a 1/4 scale Vampirella for quite some time and figured the 2011 piece from Sideshow is possibly the
best statue on the market, used market at least.

I was lucky Vampirella did not arrived broken, as the seller had not taped the two halves of the polystyrene/Styrofoam.
While all the various components were wrapped in paper, neither portrait was wrapped in paper or plastic bag. Anxiety over.

Both Reg and Ex portrait look great. No sign of wonky eye?s. Black paint on eyelids looks sharp. The long wavy hair shows
zero signs of graining (small particles). Paint on the lips is sharp and were shaded. Compared to the recent Sideshow Power
Girl PF, Vampirella shows just how much better some pieces are from the past when it comes to the factory production piece.

As with the portrait, the finger nails are really well painted.
The mixed media red outfit works well. I have to admit, I would have preferred fully sculpted.

The base.. is what it is, a large skull featuring a number of smaller skulls, some bones and a rat. All the skulls look well painted.
The section below the skull on which everything sits looks ok, and is quite light in weight. No complaints with regards to the base.

If i wanted to be hyper-picky, i might mention the gold sections on both arms could use slightly better gold paint application.

All in all, super happy with the statue. This Vampirella is a bit of a grail piece, for me atleast

Thanks. I agree.. the portrait looks way better than the recent PCS 1/3 Vampirella portrait (which PCS are fixing apparently?)
I had hoped that the recent Sideshow art print might mean they had a new Vampirella in the works, possibly based on the art print.
So far, nothing revealed. Even if they did reveal something, it would be a year+ before it goes up for pre_order and ships.

I will probably pair Vampirella with the Sideshow Lady Death PF
