Got my Sakura heads back from PCS!
Ant was willing to fix the issues I had with both Sakura heads:
On the 'serious' head the eye decal of her right eye was misplaced.
On the 'smiling' head there was a piece of her hair broken off and missing.
Not only had he fixed both issues (repaint eyes, sculpt & paint missing hairstrand), he also had the eyes on the 'smiling' head repainted even though the decals on that one was placed correctly (as far as I could tell).
Overjoyed with the results, looks way better than the standard factory decals!
