it's not a "miss" but not as good as I wanted it to be and it certainly didn't live up to the hype. the cowl head is the weakest part so saying that's how most will display it anyway doesn't really convince me either. i really hope their 1/4 version will be an upgrade to this which is possible since the Joker 1/4 sculpt is also a lot more accurate than the 1/3. plan b is waiting for JND but why should anyone talk themselves into a buying an expensive product they're not fully convinced of?

I hope there's a chance they'll make another TDK Batman. As much as I wanted this to go with the Joker, I just can't get past the cowl and something else about the statue just doesn't have that presence the Joker had, not for me at least. I wasn't a fan of the Prime 1 version either, the arm placement seemed weird, but their cowl looked better than this one and I wasn't 100% sold on that one either. Maybe it's better to wait and see if they make a Batman Begins 1/3? Or is there a chance they (or another company) will make another TDK 1/3? While the price and ES of the Wonder Woman 1/4 is pretty high, they really nailed that piece and I think I might add that to the collection instead of this one, in hopes there will be a better one in production soon.

This first photo is actually my favorite one. I don't know if it is because I can't see the face or not, haha, but I like how his left arm looks shifted back a little and not entirely symmetrical.
