Help identifying artist and/or name art piece

Can anyone provide the name of the artist that did the back ground picture of the crazy spiked purple tiger and the female warrior? Thought is was Boris/Julie, but not sure. Been looking and seems to beyond my limited ability to figure out. Thanks for the help.

The picture looks to taken at the Shiflett Bros. booth. You might want to ask your question there, I'll bet they'd know for sure.

Looks like a Jusko to me, but I can't be certain.
