It's the 1/3 PCS actually. I imagine this one might be taller and Prime 1 squarer but I'd better be prepared in case it's larger than expected.

I see some airlines just charge something like $30-50 for oversized luggage so there may be solutions.

Trying to post a pic of the box and statue but not sure if I'm doing it right.

Currently P1S Chun-Li is listed as around the same height as 1/3 PCS Chun-Li (77cm vs 76.2cm). But with the larger footprint, the box will be much larger. I can see it being minimum double the size of PCS's box. Just the base alone on P1S Chun-Li will take up a large chunk of the box, if they use 1 box. As there isn't a swap out torso like with Ryu and Akuma/Gouki, it's most likely be in 1 box (I think Ryu and Gouki were 1 box each).

P1S Ryu box was 87.2cm x 72.7cm x 39.3cm / 23850g (from HLJ), and statue dimensions was 51.8cm x 50.5cm x 41.3cm.

Thanks! Yes I expect you're right. Wow was Ryu really over 23 kg? That would be pushing my luck at airline check-in as much as the dimensions.

My Japanese friend may want to ship it anyway if it's that big or he might start charging me rent!

Will probably end up going to Japan anyway; already got my family excited.

Not sure if you are considering other Chun-Li statues, but Kinetiquettes should have one up for preorder next month (https://www.statueforum.com/showthread.php?t=168062). It has a global license too, so no need to import it I think as UK shops may have it. To my knowledge they should have a warehouse in Europe they will ship to, before fulfilling customer orders, if ordered direct (might want to check with them on this first).

That is a really nice statue. I would still favour the Prime 1 Chun Li though. It might not be to everyone's taste but to me the Streetfighter V Chun Li face that Prime 1 have gone with is perfect. To me, it's what Chun Li should look like.

Here is PCS Chun-Li Morrigan cosplay with HMO Morrigan, where both are listed as 1/4 scaled. Prime 1's Chun-Li should be closer in scale to HMO's 1/4 Morrigan.

I am glad I ended up canceling my pre-order for PCS Chun Li Morrigan. She is not 1/4 as advertised. She's more like 1/5. I love the sculpt though.

One of the best Chun-Li poses ever committed to statue form.
The sense of her surroundings collapsing works so well.
