Tokyo, Japan February 8, 2008 ? Kotobukiya and Marvel Entertainment, Inc. have entered into an expansive, multi-year, worldwide licensing agreement for a wide range of high-end collectibles. Drawing not only from the vast library of Marvel Comic Book characters, the partnership will allow Kotobukiya to produce goods from all Marvel Studios produced films resulting in an unprecedented selection of characters to be realized in collectible form.
Seven different categories, including Kotobukiya’s signature line ? the ARTFX Statue, will be produced, with the first releases focusing on the most anticipated films of 2008: Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk.
“We are excited to work with Kotobukiya as a premiere collectible partner, and we are confident that their talented designers will bring a new, fresh perspective to our characters. Our comics feature the most recognizable characters in the world, and that matches up well with Kotobukiya’s international style and commitment to quality.” said Joe Quesada, Marvel Editor-in-Chief.

I thought Sideshow had an exclusive contract for the Hulk and IM movie properties ... looks like it isn't so exclusive
Where does this come from nbr3?

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Chances are it will be solicited in the Diamond Catalog and sold at comic shops.

If it's part of their ARTFX line, then it's PVC.
